When will I see the first proof?+
Within 3–5 business days once the project is paid and the complete gallery/brief is available.
How do revisions work?+
Every album includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are $25 each.
Which formats can I choose?+
Select your print lab first, then choose from its published Square, Landscape or Portrait sizes in the stated cm or inch unit. Format availability still depends on the specific product and country.
Can I request a size not listed?+
Yes. Select “My size isn’t listed”, enter the measurement and choose inches or centimetres. We will verify it against your selected lab/product.
How do I send photographs?+
Upload selected originals in your private project room or provide a cloud link from Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or another provider.
Is printing included?+
No. Mauve Books designs digital, print-lab-ready files only; it does not sell physical printing or shipping.
